Will PIL about so called communicator Madhusudhan Naidu be entertained by Karnataka High Court?

In response to the question, "Who files a PIL?"

The other point is that approaching the court with a PIL on this matter will give us the court's view on whether this matter is admissible as a PIL. The public injury here is the DELUDING of hundreds/thousands of INNOCENT Sathya Sai devotees in India and worldwide by the OUTRAGEOUS claim of so called communicator Madhusudhan Rao Naidu, and the damage to the legacy of Sri Sathya Sai Baba (as Naidu's discourses are now in the public realm as Sri Sathya Sai Baba's discourses) which will negatively impact generations of Sathya Sai devotees worldwide, if Madhusudhan Naidu is not stopped from MISUSING the name of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, in this fashion. That's my view. An expert PIL lawyer may be able to give us a much better and considered legal view.

In response to the question, "Aren't there ppl who can mediate between PN & NM? Is d Sai Organisation bankrupt of men wth d capacity to amicably settle d problem... patch d divide?"
[Ravi: NM seems to be a reference to Shri Narasimhamurthy.]

Narasimhamurthy (BNN) and Shri Madhusudhan Naidu (MN) to the discussion table. They are not interested in such discussions. It is a very FANATICAL mindset that they have, in my view. Their way or the highway. As all such efforts to make them come to the discussion table or publicly share their views on this matter on the Internet have DISMALLY FAILED to elicit any reaction from BNN or MN, in my considered view, legal means is the only option now to stop them from deluding further thousands of innocent Sathya Sai devotees.

In response to the statement, "Legal action is best left to d PN Trust people to take."

My considered view is that PN Trust (i.e. Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust) seems to have some constraints in this matter. Therefore I have made this recommendation that PIL be filed by individual Sathya Sai devotee(s). However, that is my view. You are entitled to your view of leaving matters to PN trust, which I think is what most Sathya Sai devotees prefer to do.
